Travel to vessel and return flights/trains home are charged at cost (Economy class/standard rail).
Food and basic sanitary supplies for the crew during the passage are covered by the vessel owner (€25-35 per person/day).
Fuel, marina berthing fees, transit logs, and canal fees are strictly for the owner's account.
Satellite phone data for weather updates and essential shore communication is billed at cost.
We provide a transparent expense float account with digital receipts for all purchases made during the delivery.
